Maviislooking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Sales team in New York City. The new-to-be-created Sales Operations Coordinator will partner with the VP of Sales, BKI & GDW and will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the sales process across various channels and accounts. The Sales Operations Coordinator will act as a bridge between production, sales, and customers to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. They will assist in all steps to drive the strategy, growth and operations for BKI & GDW brands while ensuring brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between production teams and customers, facilitating clear communication and addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
Assist with presenting collections to customers, managing steps from order placement to delivery.
Track and analyze sales performance across platforms, including Amazon and company websites, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage category assortments, oversee their performance, and provide actionable insights to improve future sales.
Coordinate promotional initiatives, such as Black Friday and end-of-season sales, by working with internal teams to update visuals, creatives, and other marketing materials.
Support e-commerce operations by tracking online sales performance and ensuring alignment with brand strategy and voice.
Assist with new store launches, renovations, and operational improvements while monitoring KPIs to ensure targets are met.
Assist in all steps to drive the strategy, growth, and operations for BKI & GDW brands while ensuring brand consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Send product samples for customer orders, meetings, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
1-2 years of relevant sales or business operations experience, preferably in retail or fashion, demonstrating a passion for the industry
Degree in Sales, Business or a related course of study
Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as pivot tables and data analysis
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Possesses strong attention to detail and exhibits excellent organizational skills
Demonstrates a proactive approach to solving problems
