Shifts: (Part-time): Tues-Fri 10am-3pm
Salon Assistants needed in our upscale salon & spa. Must be an outgoing, energetic, personable and professional multitask capable personality. Dependability, accountability and the desire to work in a team-based environment are required for this position. We will consider candidates with a resume demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction. Cosmetology license not required but preferred.
(Perfect job for a new cosmo grad not quite ready to get behind a chair or a mom needing mid-day hours)
A Typical Day:
Salon Assistant:
Assistant meets with the stylists in the salon to go over their client roster for the day. You will be briefed on the times and type of service each client is to receive so they can be prepped accordingly
Prep & mix color and apply conditioning treatments
Shampooing the client’s hair before a cut and performing any other treatment-related function
Responsible for the upkeep and overall maintenance of the salon
Sweep up hair after client’s haircut
Restock salon supplies
Misc. duties as required

Shifts: (Part-time): Tues-Fri 10am-3pm
Salary: $12 per hour
