Salon Shampoo Assistant ** Hairstylist / Assistant/ Stylist Part-time – Mornings & Afternoons Jobs in Strongsville, OH at Sky Salon

As a salon assistant/ associate, you’ll gain insight to the inner workings of our successful hair salon, learn our best practices, and have access to educational resources and hands-on training. You can expect a comfortable working environment and opportunities to learn from our seasoned & talented team.
Initially, your days will consist of greeting guests, shampooing, sweeping, laundry, light cleaning, and keeping the stylists running on time. You’ll have opportunities to formulate color, mix toners, and perform blow dry styles (with the appropriate licensure). There are also opportunities to transition to a stylist when you can demonstrate basic proficiencies with specific haircuts, color formulations, and application techniques.
We are a community of professionals, therefore, you must have reliable transportation, style, a friendly attitude, ambition, and excellent communication skills.
This opportunity is ideal for a recently licensed cosmetology graduate who is available to work mornings and afternoons. Established stylists are also encouraged to apply.
We do not offer skincare, massages, or full body waxing.
*Must have a flexible schedule and the availability to work early mornings and afternoons.
