We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Executive to manage and grow our Sleepwear, Loungewear, Robes, and Activewear business, with a primary focus on Costco. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a deep understanding of the mass market landscape and the ability to drive strategic growth across high-volume accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day business relationships with Costco accounts, acting as the primary liaison between the company and buyers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across Sleepwear, Loungewear, Robes, and Activewear categories, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company goals.
  • Present seasonal product assortments, negotiate pricing, and manage order flow from development through delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of all programs.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze retail trends, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and drive expansion into new doors or related categories across sleep, lounge, and activewear.
  • Travel as needed for buyer meetings, line reviews, and in-store market research.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in Sleepwear, Loungewear, Intimates, Activewear, Athleisure, or Performance Apparel.
  • Strong background working with mass retailers, especially Costco.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume accounts and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership is a plus.
  • Salary $100,000-$110,000 + Bonus
