We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our direct-to-fan ecommerce operations across music, vinyl, and merchandise releases. Working at the intersection of music culture, design, and fan communities, you will manage high-profile product drops, limited-edition campaigns, and Shopify storefronts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise multiple Shopify stores
- Lead ecommerce execution for product drops, pre-orders, and limited releases
- Build and QA products, pricing, variants, imagery, and launch setup
- Coordinate launches with artists, labels, fulfilment partners, and internal teams
- Oversee stock management, fulfilment, and customer service operations
- Track store performance and campaign analytics
- Support marketing activity across email, paid media, and social channels
Skills & Experience
- Proven ecommerce experience, ideally in music, fashion, or streetwear
- Strong Shopify knowledge, including Shopify Markets
- Understanding of ecommerce UX, conversion optimisation, and SEO
- Highly organised with experience managing multiple fast-paced launches
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Zendesk, Monday.com, and social media marketing experience beneficial
