Position Overview

The Senior Fashion Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our fashion business while leading our warehouse, production, fulfillment, customer service, and design support teams. This person will create structure, improve communication, implement systems, and ensure every department works together efficiently.

This role requires someone who is confident making decisions, solving problems, and leading with integrity.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop the entire operations team.]
  • Build a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
  • Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with team members.
  • Train, mentor, and develop future leaders within the company.
  • Manage employee performance and address issues promptly and professionally.
  • Foster teamwork, communication, and collaboration across all departments.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily warehouse and store operations.
  • Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain organization throughout the warehouse and retail space.
  • Improve workflow efficiency across every department.
  • Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions.
  • Ensure daily operational goals are achieved.

Production & Inventory

  • Monitor production timelines and communicate delays.
  • Track inventory levels for everything
  • Ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.

Team Accountability

  • Monitor attendance and punctuality.
  • Track productivity and department performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Ensure company policies and expectations are consistently followed.
  • Create clear goals and measurable expectations for every department.

Systems & Organization

  • Maintain operational tracking systems.
  • Build reporting systems.
  • Track daily KPIs and present weekly operational reports.
  • Continuously improve company processes and workflows.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer receives a luxury experience.
  • Reduce shipping errors and fulfillment mistakes.
  • Improve communication between customer service and fulfillment teams.
  • Maintain high quality standards across all outgoing orders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience in fashion, apparel, e-commerce, manufacturing, or retail operations.
  • Proven experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
  • Strong understanding of apparel production and fulfillment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience implementing operational systems and improving efficiency.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and confidently.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish required).
  • Experience with Shopify, or similar operational software is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
