Senior hair stylist / team leader
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist tojoin ourdynamicteam. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair styling services while providing outstanding customer service. You will have the opportunity to showcaseyour skillsin various areas, including hair cutting, colouring, and styling. The ideal candidate will possessstrongcommunicationskillsand a passion for mentoring junior stylists.
Senior hair stylist / team leader Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and treatment applications.
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored recommendations.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and achievesales targets.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster theirprofessional growth.
Maintain a clean and organisedwork environmentin accordance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure apositive atmospherewithin the salon.
Lead the teamunder guidance from the salon owner.
Requirements
Proven experience as a hair stylist in a salon environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in barbering is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to upsell products and services confidently.
Previous experience with front desk operations is a plus.
A passion for mentoring others and sharing expertise within the team.
Relevant qualifications in hairdressing.
Previous team leader experience a plus but not essential.
