An international fashion retail brand with an expanding store network in Vietnam is looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join the team in Hanoi!
Key Details:
- Position: Senior HR Executive
- Location: Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Working Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Industry: Retail / Chain Store / Fashion
- Size: 13 store, 1 Jr. HR Executive
What You Will Do:
- Oversee HR operations in Vietnam (Recruitment, Training, Performance Management).
- Optimize HR policies to ensure full compliance with local labor laws.
- Partner with HQ HR to manage C&B systems and talent development programs.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and workforce planning for store expansion.
- Coordinate across internal functions for smooth operational execution.
What We Look For:
- Proven HR management background within the retail or chain store industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of VN Labor Law and key HR functional areas.
- Strong cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
