Let’s Talk About The RoleReporting into the Marketing Director and working with the Napa marketing team you will be responsible for tying together all the brand marketing and communications to ensure a consistent global brand identity, campaign and communication direction.

A fully involved role in all aspects of Napa responsible for creating the key brand stories and bringing them to life to the global consumer audience.

How You Will Make a Difference

Craft compelling messaging and narratives to effectively communicate Napapijri brand story, values, and product offerings to the target audience

Lead POE communications channels as PR, media (upper funnel), social media network in its calendar, contents, and contacts (agencies and talents)

Build strong relationships with key agencies and influencers to maximize brand exposure and foster strategic alliances.

Remain at the forefront of influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms; share knowledge on industry best practices internally.

Budget management on communications & media. Build annual brand paid media budget ensuring appropriate allocation to stories, that align with strategic vision

Lead the development of brand & communications briefs for internal teams & external agencies that meet business objective tools, brand positioning and techniques across all the consumer touchpoints

Partner with senior management and marketing peers to determine brand bespoke campaigns for each product and marketing initiative

Lead media plan

Lead marketing calendar

Lead the communications plans in all markets

Steer campaign creation from ideation through to launch, ensuring synergy with other marketing channels for uniform brand storytelling. Partner with both performance media team and marketplace marketing to align campaigns creativity and planning methodology.

Manage relationships with key media partners (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok etc) and with the central VF digital team

Brief and lead of marketing agencies

Leverage and integrate consumer insights to develop and enhance consumer connection

Lead brand creative execution. Project manage all creative projects ensuring all timescales are met, and provide the head of department with a rolling project calendar.

Content, production & asset creation (ATL focus). Brand experiences & activations. Collaborate with product/design to build season inspiration/theme. Manage all creative project briefs and negotiation processes with internal and external suppliers.

Manage and monitor production budget

Skills For Success

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the industry.
