Role Description:

  • Weekly analysis of Products sell-through and monthly data reports required.
  • Accountable for sales performance, pricing, inventory, buying, allocation, grouping & markdowns.
  • Maintenance of Product Item Attributes categorization.
  • Coordinate launching plans ad follow-up with the Logistics Department for smooth delivery.
  • Merchandising support and cross-functional collaboration on key projects
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate launching plans and follow-up with the Logistics Department for smooth delivery.
  • To work with the Visual Merchandising on the in-store display guideline
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising team.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Report efficiently to the Department Head on weekly action plans.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks. 

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Business/ Retail Management/ Statistics/ Business Analytics
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Merchandising, Retail Buying, or relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Merchandising, Buying process and strong Product knowledge
  • Proven ability to multitask in fast paced environment, manages competing priorities and meets deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel with good analytical skills
  • Team player mentality and effective at building cross functional relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Resilient with the ability in dealing with ambiguity and stress
