Role Description:
- Weekly analysis of Products sell-through and monthly data reports required.
- Accountable for sales performance, pricing, inventory, buying, allocation, grouping & markdowns.
- Maintenance of Product Item Attributes categorization.
- Coordinate launching plans ad follow-up with the Logistics Department for smooth delivery.
- Merchandising support and cross-functional collaboration on key projects
- Collaborate with marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate launching plans and follow-up with the Logistics Department for smooth delivery.
- To work with the Visual Merchandising on the in-store display guideline
- Provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising team.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Report efficiently to the Department Head on weekly action plans.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Business/ Retail Management/ Statistics/ Business Analytics
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Merchandising, Retail Buying, or relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Merchandising, Buying process and strong Product knowledge
- Proven ability to multitask in fast paced environment, manages competing priorities and meets deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel with good analytical skills
- Team player mentality and effective at building cross functional relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Resilient with the ability in dealing with ambiguity and stress
