Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic extensions, and intricate nail art.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations on nail treatments and designs.
- Train and mentor junior nail technicians, providing constructive feedback and practical guidance to enhance their skills.
- Develop and deliver training modules on new techniques, product usage, and salon service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, products, and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the salon.
Requirements
- Professional certification in Nail Technology or Cosmetology.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Senior Nail Technician, with a strong portfolio of creative work.
- Proven experience in training or educating staff is highly desirable.
- Expertise in various nail enhancement products and application techniques (e.g., gel, acrylic, dip powder).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and artistic flair.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
