JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively participate and share findings in cross-functional interaction to drive decision making process, remove roadblocks and bring resolution.

Periodically review, analyze and discuss customer forecast and factory allocation.

Handle order processing and follow through all necessary timelines and key tasks to achieve on time delivery performance.

Manage customer relationships by communicating and partnering with them on: Seasonal allocation strategy; production, initiatives or issues on factory loading / capacity planning and PO management. Including weekly calls with factories/ liaison office to prioritize current season production.

Manage internal partners’ relationships (i.e. Satellite office, Product Development or QC team) with strong communication skills and partnering with them on: BUY calendar; TNA challenges as well as production or product issues.

Communicate, and alert senior management on all high-level issues in urgent timely manner.

Review escalated production issues and determine action steps in discussion with the team leaders/ liaison office.

Reviews the vendor manual, packaging, logistics, testing protocols, PPM| SMS| TOP requirements and work with factories.

Review ensure initiatives, tools, reports and systems (PLM/SAP system-NextGen) are being implemented and maintained internally as well as in our customer portals.

Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Business scene, global mindset.

Passion for the fashion industry.

Solid communication skills with customers, mills, factory etc.

Organized, professional, detail oriented and a good team player.

Grasp on testing requirements and protocols.

Quick learning, able to hand fast paced, changing environment.

Must have string aptitude in: Analytical, Organization, Detail Oriented, Problem Solving, Planning, Follow-Up, Project Management and Time Management.

Fully remote work from home and only working in an office once a week or month (based on the needs of the business).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or other related field.

5+ years related experience in Apparel; manufacturing and/or production workflow (knit/sweater/accessory experience is plus)

Skills with Microsoft Excel,

ERP Experience (NextGen/ EDI preferred)

Working experience from brand side.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
