Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize High-Volume Partnerships: Drive growth for national, department, and off-price accounts by identifying "white-space" opportunities and entering new market segments.
  • Lead Executive Showroom Presentations: Direct seasonal line reviews, translating complex product narratives into sophisticated commercial strategies for senior buyers.
  • Synthesize Design & Business: Influence product assortments based on deep market intelligence; collaborate with Production to oversee high-volume, high-stakes programs.
  • Master Data-Led Growth: Leverage advanced sell-through and inventory analytics to optimize reorders and forecast multi-seasonal builds.
  • End-to-End Account Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of the business, from high-level pitching and complex margin negotiations to final delivery and post-season analysis.

Experience & Skills

  • 6+ years hands-on experience selling physical consumer products into large-scale retail environments (home décor, home textiles, furniture, travel, wellness/fitness, stationery, apparel, fashion accessories, lifestyle, or related categories).
  • Solid understanding of margin requirements, high-volume logistics, and the pace of the fashion cycle.
  • Ability to drive multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills, acting as a trusted advisor to buyers and internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
