Intimate Apparel company is seeking a creative & passionate Senior Designer for their women’s team with at least 6+ years’ experience within the category.
Walmart, Clubs, or Plus experience is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Market and customer research, including white space opportunities.
Developing & presenting trend, color, print, and silhouette concepts for private label, Walmart, and Clubs business.
Be involved in every step of the development process and reporting to VP of Design.
Maintaining deadlines for multiple accounts.
Ensuring designs are trend-right, customer appropriate, and cost effective.
Collaborating closely with a fun & talented team of designers.
Overseeing and mentoring junior designers.
Daily communication with Product Management, Technical Design, and Production to make sure product is correct and on time.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE
Must be able to work in a MAC environment
Strong Command of Illustrator/Photoshop used within the Fashion Industry-(not publishing )
Enjoys working in a team environment
PLM experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
