As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, providing hair care consultations, and ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied with their look.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
Apply knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Provide expert advice on hair care products and services tailored to individual client needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques.
Utilize MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Offer additional services such as hair extensions and nail care as needed.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and upselling of products and services.
Skills
Proficient in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Understanding of color theory to create customized looks for clients.
Licensed in Cosmetology or Barbering with relevant certifications.
Experience with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus.
Ability to provide hair extension services is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients.

Pay: $13.00 – $17.00 per hour
