As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to advise customers on our amazing skincare products and ensure that they leave Palm Beach Tan feeling confident and beautiful.

Competitive Pay:Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience. Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Consult and Inspire:Interact with customers, providing expert advice on our premium skincare products.
Tanning with a Smile:Assist customers with their tanning needs, following state and local guidelines.
Achieve the Extraordinary:Surpass daily, weekly, and monthlysales targets.
Create a Blissful Environment:Maintain a clean and organized salon.
Master of the Register:Handle transactions and manage daily administrative tasks.
Track and Triumph:Monitor your progress towards personal and team goals.
Spread the Joy:Engage with customers in a professional and upbeat manner.
Qualifications:
Passion and Enthusiasm: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Age is Just a Number:
Candidates aged 18 and above are welcome.
Flexibility:
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 15 pounds.
