PRET-A-DRESS is looking for a polished, service-oriented and fashion-aware Showroom Stylist / Client Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping women feel confident and beautifully dressed for important occasions, while delivering a premium showroom experience and supporting strong rental conversion.
You will work closely with our existing styling team to prepare appointments, guide customers through dress selections, recommend the most suitable styles, and help drive confirmed rentals, higher-value choices and VIP membership opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare for showroom appointments by reviewing customer selections and pulling suitable options, sizes and alternatives
- Welcome clients warmly and deliver a luxury-level appointment experience
- Understand each client’s event, styling preferences, body confidence concerns and practical needs
- Recommend flattering silhouettes, colours and alternatives with confidence
- Help customers make strong final dress decisions and guide them toward higher-value options where appropriate
- Introduce VIP membership naturally when relevant
- Maintain showroom standards, fitting room readiness and garment presentation
- Support follow-up, customer notes and general showroom operations
- Work collaboratively with the styling team while taking ownership of responsibilities independently
What we are looking for
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
- Knowledge of fashion trends and brands, along with styling ability
- Organization and inventory management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in Cantonese and English
- Warm, proactive, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Self-initiated and solutions-oriented
- Previous experience in retail, showroom, or fashion advisory roles is preferred but not mandatory

- Base salary plus commission (HK$16k – HK$25k depends on experience)
