The Role
We're looking for a creative, organised and ambitious Social & Marketing Executive to help grow Badwater's social presence, creator network and brand campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across social media, influencer marketing, content creation, trade marketing, events, partnerships and brand strategy. You'll work closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing and external creative partners, playing a key role in shaping how Badwater shows up online and in culture.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Manage Badwater's day-to-day social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Plan, schedule and publish content that aligns with brand campaigns and cultural moments.
- Create and curate reactive social content that reflects Badwater's tone of voice and visual identity.
- Monitor trends, platform updates and audience behaviour to identify new content opportunities.
- Build community engagement through comments, messages and tagged content.
Creator & Influencer Management
- Coordinate relationships with creators, influencers, photographers and freelance content partners.
- Manage creator briefs, content timelines and campaign reporting.
- Help identify and recruit new creator partners and ambassadors.
- Support the growth of Badwater's influencer and ambassador programme.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, partnerships and activations.
- Coordinate marketing assets, approvals and content delivery across projects.
- Assist with reporting, performance tracking and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
Events & Activations
- Support the delivery of festivals, brand activations, trade events and partner experiences.
- Capture and coordinate live social content during events.
- Help maximise content opportunities before, during and after activations.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required during key events.
About You
- Either a university graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or someone with 1–2 years' experience in a marketing, social media or content role.
- Passionate about social media, digital culture and content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills and a strong visual eye.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Interested in music, nightlife, festivals, fashion, drinks or lifestyle brands.
- Eager to learn, develop new skills and grow within a marketing career.

Salary range
£29,000-32,000
