About the Role
A fast-growing fashion brand is seeking a Social Content Creator & Producer to lead content creation across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who understands what performs on social and can concept, shoot, and edit engaging content end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social-first content strategies focused on engagement and growth
- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels)
- Turn trends, sounds, and insights into on-brand, high-performing content
- Build and manage content calendars (mix of trend-driven + campaign content)
- Lead and produce content shoots, including casting, styling, and on-set direction
- Capture behind-the-scenes and lo-fi content alongside larger productions
- Analyze performance and optimize content based on key metrics
We’re Looking For
- 4–7+ years in social content creation or production
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video
- Proven ability to create engaging content (portfolio required)
- Hands-on experience shooting and editing (mobile + pro)
- Strong eye for fashion, styling, and storytelling
- Experience managing shoots and budgets is a plus
