We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to take ownership of how our brands show up daily. This is not just scheduling posts. It’s about building tone, rhythm and relevance across channels.
You’ll work across Carve, Critical Slide, Drift Eyewear, SMP, Ecosol and AMCO Jeans — each with its own voice.
What you’ll do
- Own content calendars across all brands
- Create and publish content (static, video, reels)
- Write captions that feel on-brand and natural
- Manage community (comments, DMs, engagement)
- Identify trends worth acting on (and ignore the rest)
- Work with creative and marketing to align campaigns
- Report on performance and optimise content
What you bring
- 2–4 years experience managing social accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
- Good eye for content, what works and why
- Ability to shoot and edit content (iPhone is fine, taste /creativity matters more)
- Copywriting skills with a natural, unforced tone. Ability to adapt.
- Organised and consistent
Bonus points
- Experience in fashion, surf or lifestyle brands
- Paid social understanding
- Basic design or editing skills (Adobe / CapCut etc)
- Budget $80-90K plus Super
