Role Description
FASHION//SZN is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media & Graphic Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom.
This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion branding, social media aesthetics, and e-commerce content creation. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across our social media platforms, website, and SHEIN store while maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands current social media trends, and can create high-converting fashion graphics for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics and visual content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Create branded marketing assets for the website, email campaigns, and digital promotions
- Design banners, product visuals, and promotional graphics for our SHEIN store
- Create visually appealing content for product launches, campaigns, sales, and seasonal collections
- Support the creation of social media reels, stories, and short-form content
- Maintain consistent branding, typography, and visual identity across all channels
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns and content calendars
- Stay updated with fashion, social media, and graphic design trends
- Assist with photo editing, retouching, and content optimization for e-commerce platforms
- Ensure all content aligns with the FASHION//SZN brand aesthetic
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design
- Experience in Branding, Social Media Design, and Digital Content Creation
- Proficiency in Typography and visual layout design
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and fashion content trends
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or video editing tools is a plus
- Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce, or retail is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
