The Role

The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing HEREU’s digital presence across social media platforms, ensuring all communications remain consistent with the brand’s identity while creating engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement and conversion. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, community engagement and performance analysis, working closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Strategy

  • Develop the content calendar for each platform at least one month in advance, following the global Marketing & Communication calendar.
  • Gather and coordinate visual assets, ensuring consistency with HEREU’s aesthetic and storytelling.
  • Write copy for all posts, adapting tone of voice to each platform.
  • Coordinate publishing with Marketing, PR, E-commerce and Image teams.

Community Management

  • Publish content across all HEREU social media platforms.
  • Manage DMs, comments and enquiries from customers, collaborators and press daily.
  • Foster engagement through active interaction (replies, comments, likes, mentions).

Digital Content Creation

  • Adapt videos and images to different formats and platforms (Reels, Stories, carousels).
  • Design basic graphic assets for digital campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for reactive and spontaneous content.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor performance across all platforms; prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports.
  • Analyse growth, engagement, reach, traffic and conversion metrics.
  • Recommend optimisation initiatives to support channel and audience growth.

International Coordination & Benchmarking

  • Ensure international accounts stay aligned with brand image and tone of voice; consolidate reporting by market.
  • Monitor digital trends and competitor strategies; identify new formats and growth opportunities.

What we are searching for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
  • 2–3 years managing social media, ideally in fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite/Creator Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, Excel.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with strong digital storytelling skills and visual sensibility.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical, results-driven approach with a community-focused mindset.
  • Proactive, autonomous and collaborative way of working.
