We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to support our procurement team in sourcing electronic components from international markets. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electronics components, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach towards vendor management and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end sourcing activities for electronic components in international markets
- Float RFQs (Request for Quotations) to vendors and analyze received quotations
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers
- Ensure alignment with customer requirements while maintaining high-quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Assist in market research and gather business insights for better sourcing decisions
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and semiconductors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
