Full-time, on-site Spa Therapist position in الرياض, S01, SA. A spa therapist provides professional massages, facials, and wellness treatments. The role includes consulting with guests to create customized services, maintaining impeccable hygiene and room standards, and driving revenue through product recommendations and rebooking. The therapist ensures a relaxing, restorative, and guest-focused wellness experience from arrival to departure.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality massages, body therapies, and beauty treatments tailored to individual guest needs.
• Welcome guests, review health forms/allergies, explain service steps, and offer personalized aftercare or wellness advice.
• Maintain luxury-level cleanliness, ambiance, and hygiene in treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Recommend premium spa products used during treatments and encourage guests to book future sessions.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of treatments, guest preferences, and product usage.

Core Qualifications

Good English communication skills, additional languages are considered an advantage.

Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and genuine passion for guest service.

Previous experience in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments is preferred.
