ABOUT:
One of the most desirable luxury brand known for their RTW, leather goods and modern styling.
Located within one of the most well known streets of Madrid.
A brand at the forefront of luxury craftmanship and design.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver retail excellent across key deliverables.
Lead clientele strategy in partnership with the Senior Retail Team.
Mentor, Coach & Train team to achieve commercial targets and store objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Luxury experience, preferably International such as London or Dubai would be great, fluent in Spanish and English, any additional languages greatly beneficial.
Previous experience of 5+ years running large teams and high volume turnover.
Possess a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients.
Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality – strong negotiator.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box and be creative.
