Part of the operational set-up BTC A Bar Manager’s responsibility lies within the 4-Walls, being exclusively

focused on the operation using 4-wall leadership including SOPs of J&TJ, Shift Planning, Stock Handling, and

Task Delegation.

Operation

Training

• Achieve strong knowledge of all relevant E-Campus modules, BTC procedures, and Daily Concept Workflow.

• Master the skills of leading the team through BTC, including Team Positioning.

• Train Juicers and Shift Managers, always ensuring the highest standard within the 4-Walls.

• Focus on skills and abilities based on a Lead by Example and using a 4-Wall Leadership mindset.

Admin

• Preparing and analyzing branch budgets and financials, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

• Plan and delegate daily tasks within the team, ensuring a structured Shift Plan and Daily Concept Workflow.

• Work closely with Shift Managers to maintain balanced stations and ensure low Average Waiting Time and

high product quality.

• Manage stock handling, including weekly counts, inventory reports, delivery reporting, and waste

management.

• Utilize weekly reports such as BM report and Re-Count to maintain stock levels and handle stock respectfully.

Customer

Service

• Host Juicer Talks and provide feedback to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.

• Ensure a nonbiased and professional approach to the entire team.

• Maintain a healthy and good work environment, considering the brand’s values.

• Reflect a leadership mindset as per the brand’s Manifest of Much More.

Achieve strong Moneyball knowledge to operate BTC daily in line with brand standards.

• Implement and ensure a strong Daily Concept Workflow.

• Maintain a strong shift plan based on sales, productivity, and headcount needs.

• Manage stock handling and waste %, ensuring actual stock on hands is reflected.

• Train the team in product quality and controlled stock handling.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure controlled cash handling procedures, maintaining good cashing in and out.

Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree or High diploma in Hospitality, or equivalent required.

– Additional education or certification in hospitality management or related field preferred.

– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume bar or restaurant.

– Demonstrated experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets.
