The Role:
We’re on the hunt for our new front of house Retail Manager to manage and lead our very first Caitlin Crisp store in Ponsonby, Auckland!
The candidate must have at least two years experience (luxury & management experience is preferred), a passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards. This role is 30-40 hours per week. Tuesday-Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
Building relationships with our clientele, being the face of our Caitlin Crisp brand!
Managing our customer database, driving appointment bookings and managing in-store VIP and
customer events.
Day-to-day management and operations of the store.
Exceptional everyday presentation.
Creating and managing in-store events and stylist days.
High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
Supporting with fulfilment of online orders and pick-up orders.
Support with customer returns.
Tracking weekly and monthly KPIs and working to drive sales to reach targets.
General store administration including developing rosters, and supporting inventory management.
Ensuring the store is always well presented and on brand – managing visual merchandising and store
presentation.
Staying up-to-date with the latest retail trends.
Managing and motivating the retail team.

You’ll have at least two years experience in retail. Luxury experience is preferred, ideally in
management.
You have a passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.

You’ll use your expert relationship-building skills to engage with our existing clientele, while also driving
new business growth.
You’re well informed of the ever-evolving retail landscape. You stay up to date on the latest trends.
You demonstrate versatility by comfortably handling both store operational tasks and customer focused
tasks.
You’re an energetic people-person who enjoys interacting and engaging with customers.
