10am – 8pm Monday to Saturday
10am – 6pm Sunday

As a Store Manager at our Battersea Power Station store—a prime London location—you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory effectively, coaching and developing a high-performing team, and achieving sales goals. Reporting directly to one of our Directors, you will work in an environment that prioritizes quality, functionality, and durability.This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead in a vibrant, high-profile setting, helping to shape and foster a store culture that embodies these values, creating a welcoming and inspiring space for both customers and team members.
Requirements
3+ years’ proven success as a retail manager
Genuine passion for cooking and entertaining
Skilled in motivating teams to meet sales targets and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Expertise in inventory management and stock control
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
