YOUR ROLE
- You assume full responsibility for the overall performance of the store – in every aspect.
- You lead and develop your team – modern leadership comes naturally to you. You motivate your employees through inspiring goals and support their professional growth with hands-on coaching and training.
- You ensure that your team receives optimal training and continuous development.
- You closely monitor the operational and financial performance of your store and implement improvement measures to ensure success.
- The latest trends are always perfectly presented in your store – inspiring our customers and driving sales.
- You are responsible for all administrative tasks in the back office.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial or comparable education
- Proven experience in a leadership position – ideally within fashion retail
- With your authentic leadership personality, you guide your team with dedication and energy
- Inspiring and motivating people toward new goals comes naturally to you
- Customer interaction is your stage – you have a strong sense for fashion and share it with others
- You are highly organized, responsible, and possess strong entrepreneurial thinking
- You are action-oriented, communicative, and a true team player
- Knowledge of English is requierd and German is an advantage. The CV must be submitted in English or could be submitted in both Languages.
