Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at Slingshot located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, managing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication within the store.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the education industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
