We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to lead a new luxury fashion boutique in Athens. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished retail professional with a strong background in luxury fashion, a passion for exceptional client experience, and proven leadership capabilities.
The Store Manager will take full ownership of the boutique’s performance, combining commercial excellence with strong leadership and a deep understanding of the luxury client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop the boutique team, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture.
- Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets through effective KPI management, coaching and action planning.
- Deliver an exceptional and highly personalized luxury client experience.
- Develop strong clienteling practices and cultivate long-term relationships with local and international clientele.
- Monitor business performance, analyze results and identify opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure the highest standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising and overall client experience.
- Oversee all aspects of daily boutique operations, including scheduling, stock management, inventory and reporting.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members.
- Ensure operational procedures and standards are consistently implemented.
- Maintain strong awareness of the local luxury market, competitors and evolving client expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable leadership position within luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people-development skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury clienteling and relationship management.
- Commercially driven, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and operational management capabilities.
- Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
- Genuine passion for luxury fashion and delivering exceptional client experiences.
