Experience in a creative studio or design-centric development team is preferred
Responsibilities:
As a Studio Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Compiling daily and weekly priority lists for Content Design Leadership
Outlining and distributing weekly goals and outstanding needs
Organizing daily tasks and managing escalations effectively
Tracking resource distribution across functional teams
Managing assignments across multiple projects and programs within collaborative teams
Tracking internal team meeting agendas
Coordinating calendars for Music Content Design Leads
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
Experience in a coordination role with a high volume of projects
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior management
Proven track record of detail-oriented work, willingness to take on multiple responsibilities, identifying areas for improvement/support, and delivering results in an organized manner.
