The Internship
This isn’t the kind of internship where you’ll spend your day making coffee or sitting on the sidelines.
You’ll become an important part of our studio, supporting day-to-day operations while gaining real-world experience across fashion, production, operations, merchandising, logistics, photography, and event preparation.
No two days are exactly alike—and that’s exactly how we like it.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include:
• Packing and shipping customer orders with care and attention to detail
• Receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming packages and materials
• Organizing trims, ribbons, feathers, and production materials
• Assisting with inventory organization and studio merchandising
• Supporting product photography and preparing products for shoots
• Assisting with light production tasks as needed
• Helping prepare inventory, displays, and materials for destination events
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inspiring studio environment
• Running occasional local errands when needed
• Jumping in wherever support is needed to help keep the team moving
