We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality haircuts, grooming services, and personalized consultations to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
Provide expert barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and provide recommendations based on their preferences and hair types.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming to offer clients modern and fashionable options.
Perform additional services such as makeup application, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and threading as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend products that suit their individual needs.
Mentor junior barbers or apprentices by sharing knowledge and skills to enhance their professional development.
Manage retail sales by utilizing retail math skills to promote products effectively.
Skills
Proficient in barbering techniques with a strong understanding of hair styling and color theory.
Experience in makeup application, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and threading is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute precise cuts and styles.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Knowledge of retail math principles to assist in product sales and inventory management.
