Minimal Qualifications
Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
Exceptional guest service skills, including needs assessment, consultations, and professional service delivery
Ability to perform administrative tasks such as transactions, close-out procedures, and light housekeeping
Physical Requirements
Standing for extended periods
Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds
Repetitive movements with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms
Reaching above shoulder level and grasping
Exposure to chemicals and fragrances used in services
Close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment abilities for hair observation
Effective communication with guests regarding services and needs
