Duties
– Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
– Use salon software to schedule appointments and maintain client records
– Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences
– Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in barbering
– Perform hair coloring and highlighting services using color theory knowledge
– Perform straight razor shaves for a smooth and precise finish
– Assist with retail sales of hair care products and recommend appropriate products to clients
– Stay knowledgeable about the latest hair styling techniques and trends in the industry
Experience
– Must have a valid Florida barbering license
– Proficiency in using salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
– Strong knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services
– Skilled in performing straight razor shaves with precision and attention to detail
– Proven track record of successful retail sales in a salon or barbershop environment

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
