Compensation:
$20 – $30 per hour (based on experience and performance)

What You Bring to the Chair:
A valid Wisconsin cosmetology or barbering license
A passion for leadership and helping others succeed

Your Daily Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality haircuts and services to our valued clients
Assist the salon manager with scheduling, training, and team motivation
Help achieve salon goals while keeping the team engaged and energized
Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and a welcoming space for both customers and staff
