What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you’ll oversee HR operations and office administration, ensuring smooth processes and compliance across the business. Your role includes:
Recruiting for store and office roles
Managing onboarding and offboarding (contracts, insurance, system/email setup)
Handling payroll and commission calculations
Maintaining accurate data in the HR system (working hours, leave, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and updating company policies
Supporting compensation and benefits matters
Leading or assisting with HR-related projects
Managing general office administration
Supporting finance tasks and processing company payments
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of HR experience preferred
Independent, positive, and flexible mindset
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication in Japanese and English
Experience documenting and improving HR processes
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Reporting To
Operations Director, Asia
