Role Description The Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in King of Prussia, PA. This role oversees daily store operations, including supervising sales associates, coordinating floor activities, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The Team Lead coaches and develops team members, sets priorities, and supports the achievement of sales, service, and operational targets. Responsibilities include monitoring visual merchandising standards, managing stock processes, and ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures. The Team Lead collaborates closely with management to communicate goals, provide feedback, and create a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with Louis Vuitton’s brand values.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising or coaching retail or customer-facing teams.
- Strong client service, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse clientele.
- Sales and retail operations experience, including working toward targets, managing priorities, and supporting daily store activities.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium brands is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; additional language skills are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion, or a related field is an advantage.
