We are seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Therapist to
join our team
. The successful candidate will perform the required treatment protocols, assist guests by advising them on available
wellness
journeys and treatments, and ensure the proper upkeep of treatment rooms, guest changing areas, linens, and spa products. Additionally, the role includes maintaining common spa areas, all while upholding our company philosophy, operational standards, and procedures.

Main
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a variety of high-quality treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other
wellness
services, ensuring
guest satisfaction
;
Assess Guests’ needs and recommend appropriate therapies tailored to individual preferences;
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms, as well as the entire spa area, adhering to
health and safety standards
;
Promote the spa’s services and products, providing advice on home care and retail items to enhance the
guest experience
;
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless
guest experience
;
Maintain a professional and ethically sound relationship with colleagues, suppliers, and guests;
Attend training sessions and remain
up-to-date
with new techniques and trends in the
wellness
and spa industry.
Skills and competencies required:
High-level discretion and privacy sensitivity;

Fluent in English and Italian.
