Textile lab Quality Assurance Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes related to stock coming into our warehouses in NORAM, deliveries leaving NORAM warehouses, outside lab testing samples, quality contact for textile customer service, and recurring inspection lots. The role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Responsibilities:
1.Stock Coming into the Warehouses:
Daily monitoring of 3rd party traded goods arriving in warehouse.
Enter quality data results daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
Handle quality data recovery when documentation is not provided, working closely with the procurement team
Establish direct contact with suppliers to retrieve Certificate of Analysis (COA) when not shipped with material and procurement does not provide.
2. Deliveries Leaving Warehouses:
Perform daily checks of automatic delivery COA failure transactions and rectify any issues promptly.
Ensure COA is sent to customers for failed transactions and provide COA for deliveries as requested by customer service.
3. Outside Lab Testing Samples:
