ABOUT UIP
The UIP provides an opportunity for students to immerse in the actual workplace and acquire practical skills, knowledge, and valuable work experience.
The students will be mentored by top business leaders to foster professional growth- leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and innovativeness.
For a total of 240 hours, students will have an understanding on the organization functions and ins and outs of Store Operations in the retail industry. Selected students are eligible to join the Global Internship Program in Tokyo, Japan.
REQUIREMENTS
In 3rd to 4th year level in studies of any course
Not currently involved in any other internship or exchange programs
Has strong interest in retail store operations and possess customer-first mindset
Has the drive to learn, displays strong leadership and holds solution- oriented mindset
