Job Description:Our Beauty Client in San Francisco is searching for their next Visual Merchandise Coordinator to join their team for 10 months. This is a hybrid role in San Francisco, Ca.

Job Description: Our merchandising team at Sephora is at the forefront of building brands, shaping trends, and pioneering new product categories. As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our merchant team to meet the dynamic needs of our business. You’ll be immersed in a vibrant environment where innovation and client satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of day-to-day operations to facilitate the smooth functioning of the merchant team.
Prepare and coordinate brand meetings, including scheduling, report preparation, agenda setting, and ordering lunches.
Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports, encompassing SKU, location, collection, and subclass data.
Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Manage product assortments, including SKU creation and maintenance, as well as tracking artwork deadlines.Oversee the collection and organization of product samples, including requesting, organizing, and distributing them when required.
Handle monthly vendor damage and tester recovery processes, along with managing tester allocation requests and related reports.
Maintain and manage online hotline for efficient communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications:1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, with a preference for retail or merchandising background.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Excellent attention to detail with the capability to manage ambiguity within projects and processes.
A team player with a positive attitude and adeptness in navigating complexities within a corporate setting.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills being preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 20.00 to 22.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
