Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events, ensuring a positive experience for clients and attendees
Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on event plans, progress, and outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, design, or related field
Relevant experience in wedding planning, execution, client handling, and sales
Strong understanding of various cultures and their wedding customs
Proven track record of successful wedding planning or event management projects
Customer obsession and excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities in stressful situations
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
