We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. You will be responsible for food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while following cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.25 – $18.00 per hour
