Wholesale and Marketplace Manager Jobs in Greater London, England, United Kingdom at Bluebella

Title: Wholesale and Marketplace Manager

Company: Bluebella

Location: Greater London, England, United Kingdom

Location: Hoxton, East London (Hybrid) minimum of 2 days a week in the office

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Reports to: Head of Wholesale

Direct reports: Wholesale Assistant

The Role

Wholesale growth is built on the details. This role owns them.

We’re looking for a Wholesale and Marketplace Manager to own the order book behind our wholesale and marketplace growth. Where the Head of Wholesale wins the accounts and sets the commercial strategy, you make sure orders, allocations and deliveries follow through reliably. The Head of Wholesale is a front-line sales role, which means this role owns the ground they won’t be focused on day to day, running wholesale and marketplace operations with real independence and authority.

You’ll own sales order entry and integrity in NetSuite, allocation against the stock pool, ship windows and cancel dates, and replenishment orders. You’ll prevent and resolve chargebacks and disputes, and you’ll own marketplace listing integrity and feed health across our marketplace partners, alongside availability and returns reconciliation. Marketplace is a growing part of how Bluebella sells, and you’ll make sure our operations scale with it as we add more channels and volume.

You’ll manage our Wholesale Assistant, and work closely with the Head of Wholesale, Logistics and Merchandising to keep accounts running smoothly and our customers well looked after. You’ll also own day-to-day communication with our global wholesale customers, being their first point of contact for anything account-related.

This is a role for someone who takes real ownership of process and detail, and who takes real pride in the accounts they look after, as Bluebella’s wholesale and marketplace channels scale.

Who We Are

Founded in 2005, Bluebella was born from a simple idea: to create luxurious, sensual lingerie for self-assured women. Among the first in a new wave of female-led underwear labels, Bluebella is a multi-award-winning lingerie brand that paved the way for more realistic beauty standards and accessible luxury in the lingerie industry.

Founded on the belief that strength and sensuality belong in the everyday, Bluebella understands that beautiful lingerie sets a powerful tone for whatever comes next.

We believe in bravery – encouraging fresh thinking, taking bold creative risks, and backing each other to push boundaries. We value intelligence – thoughtful decisions, curiosity and commercial sharpness. And we lead with honesty – creating a culture of transparency, mutual respect and shared responsibility.

When you join Bluebella, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that challenges the norm, celebrates difference, and works with purpose.

Responsibilities

Order Book & Trading

• Own sales order entry and integrity in NetSuite, ensuring orders are accurate and complete from creation through to fulfilment.

• Manage allocation against the stock pool, prioritising fairly across accounts and protecting availability for our most important partners.

• Own ship windows and cancel dates, working proactively to avoid missed windows or lost orders.

• Manage replenishment sales orders, keeping stockists topped up without manual chasing.

• Prevent and resolve chargebacks and disputes, working with accounts and Finance to close issues quickly and fairly.

• Oversee new account setup and compliance requirements, ensuring onboarding is smooth and consistent.

• Oversee invoicing and payment processes for wholesale accounts, working closely with Finance.

Marketplace Operations

• Own marketplace listing integrity and feed health across our marketplace partners, including ASOS and Zalando.

• Monitor and maintain product availability across all marketplace channels.

• Reconcile returns across wholesale and marketplace, overseeing our returns and discount authorisation policy and keeping stock and financial records accurate.

Systems, Process & Reporting

• Build and maintain reporting that gives the Head of Wholesale early visibility of risks, delays and opportunities.

• Review and improve systems and processes to reduce manual admin and increase accuracy as volumes grow.

Wholesale Customer Experience

• Own day-to-day communication and customer service for all global wholesale accounts, acting as their primary point of contact across order, fulfilment, delivery and general account queries.

• Own the wholesale customer experience across our third-party trade platforms, including Joor and NuOrder, and keep our public-facing stockist information accurate and current, including onboarding new accounts and keeping product information, imagery and store listings up to date.

Team & Stakeholder Relationships

• Manage and develop the Wholesale Assistant, ensuring strong customer service, timely order entry and adherence to the critical path.

• Build strong working relationships with Logistics, Merchandising and Finance to keep orders, stock and payments moving smoothly.

Skills & Experience

• Experience with wholesale accounts, marketplace accounts, or both, ideally within fashion or luxury.

• Ability to bring fresh thinking and best practice from experience into how we work.

• Experience managing sales order processes in NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.

• Confident using Excel and AI tools together to compile reports and turn data into decisions.

• Highly organised, able to independently manage schedules and competing priorities.

• A genuine customer service mindset, with pride in getting the account experience right, and quick to fix things when it isn’t.

• Experience overseeing or mentoring team members.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly under time pressure.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, confident working across internal teams and directly with accounts.

• Confident with technology and open to new tools, including AI, to find efficiencies and improve ways of working.

• Confident working in a business where this role carries real ownership, not just process execution.

• A growth mindset, always looking for ways to do things better as the business scales.

• Working knowledge of marketplace platforms, listings and feed health an advantage.

• Experience with chargebacks, disputes or returns processes an advantage.

Package

• Generous holiday allowance: holiday increases with length of service, plus UK Bank Holidays and your birthday off.

• Flexible Working Policy: flexible start and finish times.

• Hybrid Working Policy, minimum two days in the office, fully remote in August.

• Salary Exchange Pension Scheme.

• Private Healthcare Scheme.

• Employee Assistance Programme for wellness and mental health support.

• Paid leave for community and volunteering.

• Wellness benefits including eye tests, Cycle to Work and Cycle Rental Scheme, and a home tech scheme.

• Generous employee, friends and family discounts.

• Office snacks and refreshments.

• Regular company socials.
