About the role :
The Wholesale Coordinator supports the operational development of the wholesale network (agents, department stores & multi-brand partners) and ensures the successful execution of the wholesale strategy across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support
· Support the EMEA Wholesale Managers in coordinating day-to-day wholesale activities across the region
· Maintain and update wholesale tools, databases, and mapping of all clients & prospects
· Assist with miscellaneous tasks or projects related to Wholesale
· Support in maximizing the performance of our wholesale partners with swaps and reorders
· Provide administrative support to the team (answering phone, aftersales requests, travel arrangements, courier…)
· Manage samples & shooting requests from wholesale partners
Market Support
· Book market appointments with clients & prospects
· Support booking travel arrangements
· Assist during buying appointments
· Ensure accurate order entry and follow-up in internal systems
Analysis & Reporting
· Contribute to market and competitor analysis
· Support weekly/monthly sales reporting by:
- Analyzing wholesale KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, shipment, stock levels)
- Tracking performance vs targets by account
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
Profile:
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
· Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
· A team player with a proactive attitude and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Fluent in English (written and spoken) in addition to French – other languages are a plus
· Previous experience in wholesale or sales administration
· Strong product sensitivity and interest in fashion
