One of our clients, a fast-growing premium fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Wholesale & Retail Partnerships Manager to help expand its global retail and wholesale presence. Having already built a strong direct-to-consumer foundation, the brand is now focused on aggressively scaling through boutiques, department stores, distributors, and international retail partnerships.
This is a high-impact growth role for someone who already has strong relationships within the fashion retail industry and understands how to scale a modern premium clothing brand across wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new wholesale and retail partnerships
• Build relationships with boutiques, department stores, and distributors
• Pitch collections and manage retailer onboarding
• Develop and execute wholesale growth strategies
• Attend trade shows, fashion events, and buyer meetings
• Manage seasonal sell-ins and account performance
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to strengthen brand positioning
• Negotiate pricing, margins, and partnership terms
• Expand the brand into new territories and retail markets
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with key retail accounts
Requirements
• Previous experience in fashion wholesale or retail partnerships
• Existing network of buyers, boutiques, or retail contacts
• Strong understanding of fashion retail, pricing, and margins
• Proven track record of growing wholesale accounts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and drive business growth
• Passion for fashion, branding, and scaling premium products
Preferred Experience
• Experience working with contemporary or premium fashion brands
• International wholesale and distribution experience
• Trade show and showroom experience
• Experience opening major retail accounts
Location
Flexible / Remote with travel required for trade shows, retail meetings, and partnership development
Compensation
• £40,000–£60,000 GBP depending on experience
• Performance-based commission and bonus structure
