We’re looking for a friendly, fashion-loving Boutique Sales Associate to join our team in Branson! If you enjoy helping women feel confident, love styling outfits, and thrive in a fun retail environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
In this position, you’ll help create an amazing shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors. From styling outfits to keeping the boutique looking beautiful, no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone reliable, positive, and motivated who enjoys connecting with customers and being part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Do
Boutique Sales & Customer Experience
- Welcome customers and help them find clothing, accessories, and styles they love
- Provide styling suggestions and recommend complementary pieces
- Create a fun, friendly, and welcoming shopping environment
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Answer occasional phone inquiries and assist customers with questions
- Restock merchandise and help keep displays looking fresh and appealing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dressing rooms, sales floor, and common areas

- A passion for fashion and helping women feel confident
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and technical skills
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Dependable, accountable, and honest
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated self-starter who can complete tasks without constant direction
- Ability to suggest accessories or complementary items to complete a look
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person

- Day shift / Morning shift
- Sunday availability required
