Role Description The Womenswear Sales Lead is a part-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for driving womenswear sales on the shop floor by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and providing thoughtful styling recommendations. The Womenswear Sales Lead will maintain strong product knowledge across collections, ensure visual standards are upheld, and support merchandising of womenswear displays. Day-to-day tasks include greeting clients, facilitating fittings, processing transactions, and contributing to clienteling initiatives to build long-term relationships. The role also involves supporting store leadership with sales reporting, assisting in training new team members on womenswear product and service standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams during brand activations and events.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Demonstrated customer service and clienteling skills, including the ability to build relationships, anticipate needs, and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in premium or designer womenswear, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Knowledge of contemporary and luxury womenswear, styling, and current fashion trends.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail in merchandising, visual presentation, and store standards.
  • Comfort using POS systems and basic digital tools for sales, inventory, and client communication.
  • Previous experience in retail, fashion, or experiential environments is highly preferred.
